What are use of Insert Picture in MS Word?

The "Insert Picture" feature in MS Word lets you add images, photos, and graphics to your documents. It improves the document's appearance, makes information clearer, and helps illustrate points more effectively. You can insert images from your computer, the internet, or even from a built-in library of stock images.



To insert a picture into a Microsoft Word document, go to the "Insert" tab, click "Pictures," and choose from "This Device" to upload a picture from your computer, "Stock Images" for Microsoft's built-in library, or "Online Pictures" to search for images on Bing.

Follow Below Steps:-

1) Place your cursor: Click in your Word document where you want the picture to appear. 

2) Go to Insert: Click on the "Insert" tab in the Word ribbon. 

3) Select Pictures: Under the "Illustrations" group, click on "Pictures".

4) Choose your source: You'll have the following options:

5) This Device: Browse your computer for the image you want to insert. 

6) Stock Images: Access Microsoft's library of royalty-free images and backgrounds. 

7) Online Pictures: Search for images on Bing. 

8) Select and Insert: Choose the picture you want and click "Insert". 

9) Resize and Position: You can now resize and move the picture within your document.
